David appeared in the double award-winning short play Indignitas as part of Enter Stage Write 2020 for Transition Stage Company at Birmingham Hippodrome.

David is a versatile actor with experience in varied roles across television, film, commercial, corporate, and theatre. He is equally at home playing the mean and moody bad guy or cop, the upstanding professional, or the doting family man.

On stage: Philip Foster in Indignitas (Birmingham Hippodrome); Richard Hannay in The 39 Steps (Old Joint Stock); Lord Stanley in The Dark Horse (FRED Theatre); Captain Hook in Peter Pan, Edward II in Edward II, (Blue Orange Arts); Oberon and Theseus in A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Leonato in Much Ado About Nothing (Chapterhouse Theatre Company).

On screen: Trevor in The Other (5cm/sec); Scott Dennison in Out of Time (Flirty Bird Productions); Simon Bowden in Doctors (BBC One); Tim in award-winning film Checking In (Lightbeam Productions).

Other Information

David is also an experienced performer and writer of interactive murder mystery events.

During 'lockdown 2020' he created, produced and wrote a mutlti-form online murder mystery, The Links, with additional filmed input from other actors.
