MICHAEL TREMBLAY

Michael is a taxi driver who has visited Les Liens many times over the years, dropping off the club's guests. He would love to know their secrets. But has he got secrets of his own?

A mysterious, elegant, aristocratic regular guest at Les Liens. A touch of genuine class.

Shirley moved to Marseille after she was forced to resign from her position as an MP. She has booked a few nights at Les Liens to do some research for her new novel.

ANNA LAURENT

Anna is the hotel receptionist at Les Liens. She is rather vain and gets away with lots, probably because she is the owner's daughter.

AMELIA MARSHALL

Amelia is the General Manager of Les Liens. Currently single after a string of unsuccessful relationships, but looking for the right person to spend her life with. She is a real professional; great at her job but the stress sometimes gets to her. Everyone loves Amelia ... or at least they used to...

Oliver is one of the grounds keepers at Les Liens. He mainly looks after the gardens but is looking to graduate to take care of the course itself. He is from a local family and has a bit of a reputation as a ladies man.

Pierre is the owner of Les Liens. He came from a poor background and has worked his way up from nothing, although marrying into a wealthy family probably helped.

Sylvia is the Maitre d'hotel. She started working at Les Liens in the same summer as Amelia and is more than a little jealous of her; they often have disagreements about her management style.

Dr. Bonnie Clyde is the resident therapist and counsellor at Les Liens. Surely if there is anyone who knows the secrets that are kept at the club it is her.

Hazel is an experienced and determined Private Investigator with a reputation for discretion, although she is more used to cheating husbands than murder cases. With her trusty sidekicks she will stop at nothing to solve the case.

Artemis thinks he is the top private investigator in the whole of southern France. He is thankful for the assistance given by his sidekicks, Henrietta and Hazel.
